When my wife purchased the GP ZT-4, I had to pay the delivery fee. However, green power mobility I was not able to return the scooter until January 18. The next day, I called Green Power, who said they would reimburse my money - but only if I returned the scooter for no cost. However when I asked for a refund, they insisted that I pay for the delivery of the scooter which will cost me around PS300.
