나는 내가 수능 보러갈 때 별로 긴장 안할 줄 알았는데 막상 시험장에 가니까 꽤 긴장되더라. 약간 쫄면서 시험장에 가는데 시험장 교문 앞에 화준쌤이 계시는 거야. 쌤도 날 보셨는지 내 이름을 부르셨어. 그러면서 나보고 이걸 수능이라고 생각하지 말고 그냥 거창하게 보는 모의고사라고 생각하라고 조언해주셨어. 그리고 몰입하라고 강조하셨어. 예전부터 강조하셨는데 평소에는 크게 와 닿지 않았다가 시험장 앞에서 그 말을 들으니까 마음속에 그 말이 와 닿더라고!! 그러고 나니까 긴장이 좀 풀려서 쌤이랑 파이팅하고 시험장에 들어갔지. 그리고 국어를 푸는데 엄청 어려운거야. 그때 몰입하라는 말을 떠올리고 문제에만 집중했지. 그러니까 정말 초집중상태가 돼서 문제 다 푸는 동안 시계를 못봤어. 다 풀고 시계를 보니까 5분정도 남았더라고. 잽싸게 마킹했지. 그러다 2교시 수학시간에 마킹을 하나 잘못했어. 고치려고 하는데 하필 종이 쳤고 심지어 내 시험지를 가장먼저 걷어 가버렸어. 그러니까 맨붕이 왔지. 하지만 그것도 잠깐이었고 평소부터 수능 때 멘탈이 중요하다는 조언도 많이 받아서 멘탈을 잡고 끝까지 최선을 다해서 풀었어. 그러고 집 가서 가채점을 하는데 다 끝나고 팬을 집어던졌어. 내가 여태 본 시험 중에 제일 점수가 잘나왔거든. 이후에 왜 이리 점수가 잘나왔을까 생각해봤는데 그건 몰입이랑 멘탈 관리였던 것 같아. 그러니 얘들아, 너희들도 시험이 어렵다거나 마킹을 잘못했다고 포기하지 말고 끝까지 몰입해서 최선을 다 하면 좋은 결과 있을 거야. 3 파이팅!!
